We accept all major credit cards. We also accept your certified check. If you mail a company check, we will gladly accept your check, but we must wait until your check clears before the order will be shipped.All special orders must be paid for at the time of order. No refunds will be made on special order parts. No returns on electrical products. Core Charges: All core charges must be paid when the product is purchased. The core will be refunded when the core is returned. If a core charge is required, it will be noted in our online store. All returns must be pre approved by our parts department and have a parts return request number marked on the package. This number will be issued by the parts department. Please call us if you wish to return a part. We ship by UPS unless you request otherwise. Other shipping methods are available.
